The content may include pre-recorded video lectures, live classes, study material, tests, notes, mentorship, and practice exercises.
2. Eligibility

3. Enrollment and Access

4. Payments

Payments must be made through authorized methods such as PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, Cards, or Wallets.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an invoice/receipt and access details via email.

In case of failed transactions, no access will be granted until successful payment.

All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Self-paced courses are refundable within 7 days of purchase provided less than 10% of content has been accessed.

Live/cohort-based programs may allow refunds only before the program begins.

Bundles, combo offers, or discounted promotions may be non-refundable.

Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with order details.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–14 working days.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including videos, documents, graphics, logos, and tests, are the exclusive property of Urmila Education And Services Pvt. Ltd.
