Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Self-paced Courses – Full refund within 7 days if less than 10% accessed.

2. Live/Cohort Programs – Refunds depend on course-specific terms, usually before start.

3. Bundles/Offers – Refunds as per the least flexible course or as mentioned at purchase.

4. How to Request – Email [email protected] with order ID and reason.

5. Method – Refunds go back to original payment method within 5–14 business days.

6. Non-Refundable – Fraudulent claims, expired windows, fully used course access.

7. Chargebacks – We contest chargebacks with transaction records.
